Designing office spaces that inspire is ABD Studio’s forte, therefore, we arrange a meet to introduce ourselves through a detailed profile, as well as gain a detailed understanding of the client’s brief enabling us to draft the first cut design.
This is the stage when our creativity takes lead and we deliver exciting ideas and quote a detailed budget and timeline for the entire project. Floor plan options, mood boards, 3D visualization and walkthroughs are included in our design package.
Mobilization, Management & Execution
Site work, readymade selection, project management and quality control are ensured during this stage, as per the exacting standards promised by the designers. Meeting up with the client for regular updates and on-site inspections is a crucial step in our execution process.
Handover, Warranty & Maintenance
As always, our design success is determined by our on-time project completion. We ensure a smooth transition into the facility, and even carry on the trust with warrantee fit-outs only. We provide AMC at preferential rates to the client for services post warranty period.
The client’s requirement is the driving force for all our projects. After understanding every aspect of the brief and site while factoring in timeline and budget, we develop programmatic floor-plans with a strong diagrammatic backbone.
We focus on the experiential by translating our vision into detailed 3-dimensional exterior and interior visuals that are supplemented with detailed architectural layouts. Client feedback and interaction at this stage again is much encouraged.
Coordination & construction drawing
We then commence coordinating with consulting experts including structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC ensuring complete integration of all services before issuing the full set of construction drawings and specifications.
Site Inspections / Construction Administration
We like to keep on top of our projects by continual engagement in the construction process. Regular inspections and discussions with the contractor are prioritized to ensure that our designs are carried out correctly on site.

Site measurement is the first step to determine a furniture layout plan after testing various options. We then follow this through to decide furniture sizes and meet the client’s requirements for optimum interior function and appeal.

We chart the style, polish, materiality, colors, and upholstery to conclude a genre that delivers to the client’s taste, upholds market trends and enhances the character of the space.
Detailed production drawings
A detailed production drawing is mapped to elicit the proportions, to ensure plenary functions, and deliver on the promise of unmatched comfort & desired visual appeal.
